Our Colds and Flu Tea Blend raises the core temperature, encourages sweating and is made with Yarrow flower, Elderflower and Peppermint.
Directions: take a knob of fresh ginger as large as your thumb, chop roughly and put in a pan with 4 cups cold water. Cover and bring to a boil; simmer gently for 10 minutes. Turn off heat, add the Colds and Flu tea, steep with lid on another 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink several cups daily.
